We are an investor in non-conforming loans secured with 1st and 2nd mortgages on residential (non-owner occupied) and commercial real estate properties located in Broward County and all of South Florida. We work directly with the property owner. We use our own money to fund our loans and our typical loan ranges from $75,000.00 to $500,000.00.

We invest in short-term loans (typically 2-5 years) and we base our investments based on the appraised value of the real estate. We focus on the value of the real estate; however, we do review income and assets. As with all hard money investors, we charge higher interest rates than banks because the transactions we are involved with do not conform to normal bank standards.

Our centrally located office allows us to invest in borrowers throughout Broward County, and all of South Florida.
