We invest in businesses by taking equity and/or holding debt in companies located in Broward County and all of South Florida that are not publicly traded on a stock exchange.  We use our own money to fund your loan and our typical loan ranges from $75,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

We offer money to business for working capital to allow for expansion, new-product development, purchasing inventory, marketing or expanding a company’s operations. Our goal is buy a small piece of a company, but we will consider buying a majority control of an existing business. We also like to invest in young, growing or emerging companies (internet based or otherwise).

Our centrally located office allows us to invest in companies throughout Broward County, and all of South Florida.
